Exchanges and Returns
Returns and exchanges accepted within 2 days of product delivery.
There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece that we create for you. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love note before sending it to our customer. However sometimes things don't work out, and in such cases we are happy to help you.
We do not take back any returns. If you'd find any quality or size issue with our products, we are happy to exchange it. Please write to us at care@wildinstinct.com with your order number and reason for exchange with photos within 24 hours of the delivery date. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure. Please follow the steps and ship the product back to us within the timeline stated.
- Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange or return. Exchange pieces will be processed as per our shipping timeline, as all pieces are made to order.
- Some product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory and exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product.
- Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion on email. Any outfits sent back without prior discussion on mail will not be accepted.
- Please note that products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
- Customized products will not be eligible for exchanges.
- All exchange/return requests must be communicated via email.
Cancellations
We do not offer any cancellations. However, in case of a quality or size issue, we can help you out. Please check out our exchange policy above for more details. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds.
The following products are not eligible for return in any circumstances
- Products damaged/degraded as a result of use, overuse;
- Products that have missing items, damaged original packaging including price tags, labels, tampered packaging, free gifts and other accessories; and
- Products with altered serial numbers.
Refund of canceled orders
We do not offer cash refunds.
International Orders
Yes, we do bulk order shipping for international distributors and individuals or organizations. Please mail us your request at care@wildinstinct.com
