How can I track my Order?
To check the status of your order, log in to your account from our website. Click on ‘My Orders’ to check the status of your ongoing or previous orders. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same. 

What can I do in case there is a quality issue with my product? 
Returns are accepted within 72 hours of the delivery date on all orders placed on the website. Kindly follow the below steps to make sure the return request is processed smoothly.

  1. Make sure all the items are returned in an unused condition along with the invoice.
  2. Make sure all items are returned in their original packaging which includes price tags, labels, all packaging boxes, and/or any accessories.
  3. Please send photos of the original packaging and defective product to care@wildinstinct.com with Order Id and your name and email. 

Please note -  All return orders are subjected to a quality assessment.

Will I get a refund in case my product is defective? 
Yes. Refunds are allowed on all quality issue orders once the issue reported by the customer is verified. All refunds, if any, will be credited to your account in 7 working days.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in up to 48 hours of placing an order.All domestic orders, once processed, are shipped within 7 working days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do bulk order shipping for international distributors and individuals or organizations. Please mail us your request at care@wildinstinct.com

What are the shipping charges?

We charge a flat Rs 50 fee for orders below Rs 300. For all orders above Rs 300, shipping is free. We do not accept COD. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer.

How can I get all updates from Wild Instinct ?

To receive updates, sign up with your email address on our homepage or enter your address in contact form, to get exclusive early access to products, events, new launches and more. Subscribe to us.

Can I cancel my order?

In case of cancellation, please mail us within 3 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order. In case of cancellation, a credit note of the full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of six months.

Where can I find a size chart ?
The size chart is mentioned above the size drop-down menu on every product page.

Can I change the size or delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, you can mail us within 3 hours of placing an order with your order details. Once the order is processed, this may not be possible.

Can I place a customized order?
Yes, mail us your requirement at care@wildinstinct.com

How can I avail the discounts on the website?
You can avail any discount codes or credit notes by entering the code at the Payment page while placing the order on our website. Only one code can be applied at a time. Discount codes can only be used on purchases on the website. Any orders placed offline, including custom orders, will not be eligible for these.

How do I properly care for my products?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent & similar colors.
  • Do not twist/wring the t-shirt while drying. This may damage the print.
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry in shade for the longest life.
  • Iron inside out. Do not use iron directly on the design.
