Exchanges and Returns

  • No Returns
  • Exchange valid for genuine reasons only within 48 hours of delivery. Size related exchanges are not applicable, as all products are manufactured in industry standard sizing. Please read our detailed sizing on the product page before placing an order. 
  • Mail at wildinstinct.business@gmail.com with below details:
    • Details of the issue
    • Image of the Issue 
    • Front, back and side images of the product ( Minimum 4 )

Other Details

  • All exchange/return requests must be communicated via email. 
  • Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange within 48 hours of acceptance. 
  • Any outfits sent back without prior discussion on mail will not be accepted.
  • Please note that products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
  • Customized products will not be eligible for exchanges.

The following products are not eligible for return in any circumstances

  • Products damaged/degraded as a result of use, overuse;
  • Products that have missing items, damaged original packaging including price tags, labels, tampered packaging, free gifts and other accessories; and
  • Products with altered serial numbers.

Refund of canceled orders

We do not offer cash refunds. 

International Orders

Yes, we do bulk order shipping for international distributors and individuals or organizations. Please mail us your request at wildinstinct.business@gmail.com
